Workshop "3 ABORDAGENS ESPACIAIS"
Pretende-se estimular uma investigação sobre este eixo (Av. da República) enquanto elemento contínuo e estruturante a partir das diferentes camadas, segmentações e apropriações presentes ao longo desta parte da cidade, a provocar confrontos de âmbitos educativo, artístico e espacial, sugerindo intervenções em diferentes níveis de temporalidade que as propostas deverão integrar.
Abordagem #02 – Visualidade (Nov/2020)
Pretende-se que, pela análise visual do espaço e pelo seu registo, os estudantes façam uma aproximação a complexidade perceptual oferecida pelo espaço urbano. Propõe-se que construam uma narrativa visual sobre o espaço que estão a trabalhar, a partir de elementos visı́veis ou invisı́veis ou de elementos ficcionados. Criação de diferentes narrativas visuais construídas a partir das observações e inquietações já exploradas na Abordagem #01 (Performatividade).
Pressuposto:
Ser uma representação de algo que, não sendo imediatamente visível, o estudante pretende trazer ao de cima enquanto processo de visibilidade e de reflexão.

Workshop "3 SPATIAL APPROACHES"
It is intended to stimulate an investigation on this axis (Av. da República) as a continuous and structuring element from the different layers, segmentations and appropriations present throughout this part of the city, to provoke confrontations in educational, artistic and spatial areas, suggesting interventions at different levels of temporality that the proposals must integrate.
Approach #02 – Visuality (Nov/2020)
It is intended that, through the visual analysis of space and its registration, students can approach the perceptual complexity offered by urban space. It is proposed that they build a visual narrative about the space they are working on, based on visible or invisible elements or fictional elements. Creation of different visual narratives built from observations and concerns already explored in Approach #01 (Performativity).
Assumption:
To be a representation of something that, not being immediately visible, the student intends to bring to the surface as a process of visibility and reflection.

Dando sequência à principal inquietação observada nos exercícios de performatividade - VIVER NÃO É CONSUMIR! - me questionei como espalhar a voz dada ao território pela Avenida da República. Como levar o viver, tão bem entendido no Jardim do Morro, para a total extensão do espaço público? Como fazer a avenida toda respirar? Pensei em utilizar os exercícios de visualidade para fomentar a tomada de consciência da população que por lá transita.

Continuing with the main concern observed in the performativity exercises - LIVING IS NOT CONSUMING! - I wondered how to spread the voice given to the territory by Avenida da República. How to take living, so well understood at Jardim do Morro, to the full extent of public space? How to make the whole avenue breathe? I thought of using visuality exercises to promote awareness of the population that transits there.

Pensando na Revolução dos Bichos (1945) do Orwell, lembrei do Animals (1977) dos Pink Floyd, disco crítico à sociedade capitalista, e a faixa Pigs on the wing, que adverte: se não nos importarmos uns com os outros estaremos perdidos. As três referências (The Matrix, Revolução dos Bichos e Animals) em link me apontaram um caminho. Utilizar o poder de alcance da estética e cultura pop para disseminar o vírus (red pill) através das imagens que mediam as relações sociais. Trabalhar nas entrelinhas.
